Our Facility

Located in Bowling Green, Ohio, our 57,000 sq ft facility is geographically centered to service our customers. Being near the apex of major interstate travel and major airports, we can deliver quickly, whether it be spare parts or capital equipment.

Our customized facility was specifically designed to allow simulations for equipment placement in numerous “real world” configurations. In-floor pits, embedded charge car rails, high amperages, and gas pressures allow Williams customers to critique the equipment as it will sit in their factory and ensure proper field installation. We can meet your thorough functional acceptance testing and quality standards under your observation prior to shipment.

Our Beginning

Service is in our name and our founder, Robert (Bob) S Williams, started the company providing service to the myriad of heat treat equipment out there in the early 1970s. Bob quickly identified the need for maintenance-friendly, robust equipment that his customers were demanding.  This customer-driven approach holds true today as Bob’s son Jason continues the legacy of leading the industry in innovation and technology.

As a single-source supplier, we can handle all your heat-treating needs, and we build every furnace from the ground up in our 57,000-square-footfacility. Doing it all under one roof allows us to keep a close eye on all aspects of construction. It also allows us to better simulate your facility to make sure your new Williams furnace fits in seamlessly.
