Our Heavy-Duty Batch Forging Furnaces are used in a variety of different industries and operate up to 2400F.  These furnaces can be manually loaded and unloaded or utilize a rear handler to push/pull the loads in and out of the furnace.

Williams can provide a custom size or standard sizes are available from 24” to 72” wide x 36” to 72” deep and up to 48” high.  Typically, the energy-efficient insulation package uses a refractory floor and the sides and roof consist of high-density ceramic fiber modules.  The hearth can either be alloy or refractory shapes for heavy loading.

Our Furnaces are available with companion equipment such as charge cars, load/unload tables, and quench tanks.  The Furnaces line can be operated Manually or Automated.

Direct Pulse Fired or Indirect Heating systems are available.  For Indirect Heating, we offer both gas-fired radiant tube and electrically heated systems.  Indirect Heating allows for atmosphere usage such as Endothermic, Nitrogen, and Argon.
