Over the past 50 years, Williams Industrial Service, Inc. has been designing and building high-performance industrial furnaces for the heat treating market. Some of our Continuous products consists of Large Capacity Pusher Tray Furnaces.  Williams supplies Single Row or Multi-Row Pusher Furnaces.

Actually, Williams currently has the longest pusher tray furnaces in service that are still operating today. Our pusher furnaces are designed and built to run year-round.  Typically, our furnaces are only shut down once per year.

Pusher tray furnaces are like what they sound.  Trays are pushed tray on tray through the furnace and the rest of the companion equipment.  The trays are fully guided through the furnace on Silicon Carbide rails.  The most common tray size is 36” square, but we provide Pusher Furnaces with trays as small as 24” square up to 60” square.

Heating systems can be Gas Fired Radiant Tube, Direct Gas Fired or Electrically Heated.  For Single Row Pusher Furnaces, we typically mount the tubes vertically on both sides of the work.  For Multi-Row Pusher Furnaces, we typically mount the tubes horizontally over and under the work.

Williams offers a fully automated, state-of-the-art control systems.  This provides our customers with complete traceability of the parts including data collection and reporting capabilities.
