Williams provides Rebuilds and Retrofits not only to our equipment but to competitor’s equipment as well.  Williams started out as a service company over 50 years ago.  Williams can rebuild or retrofit your equipment on-site or in our manufacturing facility.

Below is a list of services Williams can provide for customers:

  • Complete or partial refractory replacement for both batch and continuous furnaces.
  • Complete or partial alloy (fans, radiant tubes, rails, chain guides, rolls, etc.)
  • Controls upgrade
  • Heating conversion from gas-fired to electric heating or electric to gas-fired.
  • Capacity Increase
  • Furnace inspection
  • Maintenance and training

Custom sizes are welcome and available upon request.
