Washers
Washers play a very significant role when it comes to heat treating. Our customers want the most reliable and effective units available for clean parts. Williams Industrial Service, Inc. provides a variety of different sizes and features for our Washers. The washers can be stand alone units or more commonly used in our Batch Integral Quench lines.
Whether you need a washer to handle pre- or post-washing functions to remove cutting fluids or quench oil, Williams Industrial Service can build a unit to handle your needs. We utilize either a gas-fired tube or an electrically heated system for efficient operation.
Our most popular unit is our Dunk/Spray Washer. This design submerges the load and agitates the load up and down under the water for a set amount of time that is programmed into the recipe. Then, the load stays under the water for a set amount of time to allow the oil to rise to the surface. Next, a separate skimmer pump pushes the water into overflow weir for oil removal. Lastly, the load is raised through clean water to perform the final spray rinse of the load.
All units come equipped with PLC controls and oil-skimming devices. Timers are all programmable in the recipes. All units are engineered to fit directly within your specifications and to fit into current line parameters.
We engineer our washers to your exacting standards and put our over 50 years of experience working with industrial process equipment to work for you.
